Local Diving
 At Silent World, we want you to dive. We offer local one-day boat diving trips and shore dives. We can help you pick the perfect local site, read tide tables, and even find you a buddy. Day Trip Boat Dives!
Join one of our dive masters on a one-day two-tank boat dive! Meet us at the dock with all your gear, including your filled cylinders. We provide the boat, the dive sites, the dive briefings, the dive master, and a dive lunch!

Scuba Diving Vacations
 Diving the Pacific Northwest is fantastic but sometimes you need a change of scenery. Silent World offers dive vacations all over the world. Join us as we travel to Canada, the San Juan Islands, the Caribbean, and the South Pacific. In 2007, we traveled to Cocos Island, Roatan, Guadalupe, and Cozumel. Closer to home, we dove Nanaimo, Hornby Island, and Gabriola. For 2008, we will be traveling to the Philippines, La Paz, the California Channel Islands and more. Check out our 2008 calendar!
Micronesia in 2010!
Return with us to the Micronesian islands of Truk (Chuuk), Yap, and Palau! These islands shelter some of the world’s greatest dive sites offering something for every diver including the greatest concentration of diveable WWII shipwrecks (at least 70 in Truk Lagoon!), pristine reefs, life-covered walls, and extraordinarily diverse marine life.
We start with a week aboard the world’s best live-aboard, the Odessy, diving the wrecks around Truk. We then move on to the island of Stone Money, Yap for some of the best reef diving in the South Pacific. After 4 nights and 3 days on Yap, we’ll spend 6 nights (4 dive days) at Palau for some of the most exciting drift diving anywhere in the world!

Rebreathers
 Silent World is on the cutting edge of diving technology offering rebreather training for the Dolphin semi-closed circuit Rebreather, Inspiration closed-circuit Rebreather, Evolution closed-circuit Rebreather, and KISS closed-circuit Rebreather. We are the only Northwest facility that can service and repair Dolphin Rebreathers. We can handle most repairs on Inspirations. Learning to dive should be challenging and fun. It should be a wonderful experience, unmarred by financial concerns. That's why Silent World has created a special training program for KISS rebreathers. For the low price of $2995, students will recieve all necessary classroom, pool, and open water training; classroom materials; certification cards; and unlimited rental of a KISS Sport Rebreather for one full year! (This price does not include consummables such as scrub.) In addition, if you decide to purchase a new KISS rebreather in the first year after your training, you will receive a $1500 credit towards your purchase!

Service
Silent World's full-time on-site Service Department is authorized to repair or service most major brands. We can usually complete an annual service in five to seven days. We can fill your cylinders while you wait with air, Nitrox, Argon, and more. We also keep track of many diving recall notices for you. We've just added three new notices (as of July 2008) so make sure you check your gear. If you have any of the affected items, please bring them in to the store for repair. |
